Terms and Conditions for Purchases Using FITPAY
By using FITPAY to purchase a machine from Rutherford Fitness Hire & Sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Plan Overview
When purchasing a machine through FITPAY, you will pay only 25% of the total price as a deposit, plus any applicable delivery fees. The remaining balance will be paid off through weekly installments, which are completely interest-free.
- Deposit: 25% of the total price of the machine.
- Weekly Installments: The remaining balance is paid in weekly installments until fully paid off. No interest is applied to the installment plan.
Requirements
To complete your FITPAY purchase, you must meet the following requirements:
- Identification: A valid form of identification (Driver’s License or similar).
- Payment Method: A valid Credit or Debit Card.
- No Hidden Fees: The payment plan is completely interest-free and there are no hidden charges.
Delivery and Assembly
- Delivery Boundaries: Delivery of assembled machines can only be made within the city boundaries of our local showroom.
- Assembly: Machines will be delivered fully assembled and ready for use, eliminating any hassle and ensuring you can enjoy your new machine immediately.
Warranty
All machines purchased through FITPAY are covered by a 24-month warranty on all parts and services. This warranty operates on a back-to-base policy, meaning the product must be returned to us for any warranty claims.
Missed Payments
- If you miss a scheduled payment, a $10 reprocessing fee may apply.
- If you anticipate a delay or issue with your payments, please contact us to discuss and arrange for deferring the scheduled payment.
Ownership of the Machine
- The machine remains the property of Rutherford Fitness Hire & Sales until it is paid for in full.
- If payments are no longer possible and a balance is still owed, please contact us to discuss options for the collection of the machine.

As a member of the Financial Disputes Resolution Service (FDRS), you can contact FDRS for assistance if you have concerns regarding the terms and conditions of this contract or your service provider. You can reach FDRS at 0508 337 337 for advice.
